Group Communications

The Group Communications team is responsible for the internal and external communication of the HERMES Group. The focus is on developing and activating our employer brand in order to further strengthen our position as an attractive employer.

Talent Acquisition

Our Talent Acquisition team ensures that new talent and managers are attracted to the HERMES Group. We design innovative recruiting strategies and optimize processes to attract the best minds.

Business Partner

Business Partners advise and support our managers in all HR-related issues. They act as strategic partners, while employee support and recruitment are handled by the “Services” and “Talent Acquisition” departments.

Compensation & Benefits, Services, Tools & Processes

Our Compensation & Benefits team takes care of payroll accounting, time recording and all matters relating to remuneration and benefits. Our colleagues in Services are the point of contact for all contractual and standardized processes. The Systems, Tools & Processes team drives the digitalization and further development of our HR processes and IT systems and creates meaningful reports.

Leadership Development, Talent & Training

This team is responsible for personnel development and promotes further development of our employees and managers. Another focus is the future-oriented design of training programs and offers for our young talents, such as interns, trainees and dual students.
