Step 1: Application
Select a suitable position on the job portal and apply online with your documents using our application form.
Can’t find a suitable job vacancy? Then simply send us your application. We are always looking for new talent open to shaping the future together with us.
Step 2: Reviewing the application documents
After we have successfully received your online application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Our HR department then takes the time to carefully review your application documents. If we need any further information, we will contact you. If all the application documents are complete, HR will forward your application to the appropriate department. Internal screening takes place there in consultation with your potential supervisor.
Step 3: Interview
If your application impresses us, you will receive an invitation to a virtual interview with HR and the appropriate department. If, after this interview, we feel that you would fit well into our team, we will invite you to a second interview on-site. In this application phase, we would like to really get to know you and your skills. Depending on the type of position you have applied for, you will either work on a sample case or get to know the team during a trial work day.
Step 4: Hiring and onboarding
After the interviews have been completed, we will get back to you promptly. If all the requirements are met, you will receive a contract offer. Our recruiting team will then finalise the contract details with you and then it’s just a matter of signing. Welcome to the team!
