The teams in our ecosystem organise themselves largely independently and look after both the IT infrastructure and the IT applications, while at the same time guaranteeing the IT security of the entire group of companies. the entire value creation process and manage the applications required for this.

We guarantee the data integrity of sales and financial transactions and ensure the smooth-running of the systems we support.

We provide the central “data hub” for the HERMES Group and ensure both internal and external data exchange.
IT quality management
We are responsible for the continuous optimisation and improvement of process quality in information technology and we ensure documentation is complete.
